A gentle social run to the start of Barry parkrun, we can then run parkrun and meet back up after for a gentle run back which can be followed by a cuppa and cake at the cafe. Approx 5.2 miles in total. Please sign up for your free ticket so I know who's coming and if enough attending I will see if I can book a table for in the cafe post run.
