Bespoke One to One Online Coaching

£70/Month
  • Initial Online (video or phone) consultation to discuss goals, training history, injury history, other commitments etc.
  • Running form analysis which can be completed in person or via submitted video at start of training.
  • Personalised run coaching plan delivered through the Training Tilt Platform with daily oversight and feedback. You will have access to two weeks in advance however the plan will be updated as required based on your progress or needs.
  • Guidance on race nutrition and hydration.
  • Guidance on kit choice and race logistics such as foot care, drop bags, check point planning, support crew planning etc.
  • Advice on mental preparation and techniques to maximise performance.
  • Weekly (or to suit your schedule) check in via video or phone to discuss the weeks training, progress and discuss the upcoming week.
  • Where applicable, pacing charts for your race taking into account terrain, checkpoint stops etc.
  • Unlimited contact with Coach Steve via email, messaging, phone or video call (booking required for phone/video). Emails and messages will be responded to within 24hrs at the latest.
  • Pre and post race check in to discuss the race plan and to review performance.
  • Android & Apple apps as well as web access
  • Access to additional content within Training Tilt (coming soon)

  • Review of your own training plan by a fully qualified running coach
  • Suggest modifications to make the plan more suited to yourself
  • Your plan hosted on the Training Tilt platform for up to 1 year
  • Up to 120 minutes consultation about your plan with a running coach which can be split into multiple sessions.
