Jackie's approach is a brilliant example of how a science-backed mindset can lead to peak performance. Her focus on process over pressure paid off with a successful race and a Course Personal Best (PB). Pre-Race, Jackie commented: "I’m feeling ready, actually quite relaxed as I’m not going to put any pressure on myself. I’m going out to enjoy the run. I’m still going to put my all into it. This year it was all about finishing in under 2 hours, which I achieved at the last half marathon I did." Post-Race, Jackie shared: "I set out to enjoy the run with no pressure. The photo shows how seriously I took the run 😂 absolutely loved it and still came away with a course PB xx"
